You will receive an initial email regarding your appointment REQUEST.

***YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. If you have not received a confirmation email within 3 business days, please call our office to confirm your appointment.***

*Rescheduling an Online Appointment: Proceed with booking a new appointment and please call or email us to cancel your original appointment time.

Please note that there will be a $50 fee for any last minute cancellations or no show appointment ($100 fee for any surgical, microneedling or Saturday appointments). If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment to avoid the fee.
