1. For the first 24 hours leave the band-aid on and keep the area dry. 

2. After 24 hours, wash the biopsy area daily with gentle soap and water. 

3. Dry off the area and apply AQUAPHOR or VANICREAM MOISTURIZING OINTMENT

4. Put a new band-aid over the biopsy site and repeat the process DAILY for about 1 week or until the biopsy site has healed

1. Wash with gentle soap and water starting tonight. Dry off the area and apply AQUAPHOR/ VANICREAM MOISTURIZING OINTMENT.

2. For the first two weeks, HOLD OFF ON ANY TOPICAL PRESCRIPTIONS, RETINOLS, ACNE MEDICATIONS, VITAMIN C until your skin has completely healed. 

3. DO NOT PICK or PEEL at your skin. Let the peeling occur naturally and fall off on its own. 

4.  Make sure to use a MINERAL based sunscreen (Zinc/Titanium based sunscreens) daily if going outdoors. Reapply every 2 hours if you are outdoors: EMD RESTORE   /   EMD   ELEMENTS   /   EMD AERO   /   EMD SPORT

1. For the first 24 hours, leave the dressing on and keep the area dry. 

2. After 24 hours, wash the surgical area daily directly with gentle soap and water.

3. Dry off the area and apply AQUAPHOR/ VANICREAM MOISTURIZING OINTMENT

4. Place a new, dry NON-STICK GAUZE over the suture site daily.

5. Use dressing tape or paper medical tape to secure the gauze. 

6. Repeat steps 2-5 daily for TWO weeks.

1. Wash face starting tonight with a gentle cleanser such as LRP FOAMING WASH  /  CERAVE FACE WASH. 

2. Apply a gentle moisturizer such as CERAVE MOISTURIZING LOTION  /  EMD BARRIER REPAIR COMPLEX afterwards.

3. Wear mineral sunscreen (zinc/titanium based products) when going outside: EMD RESTORE/ EMD TINTED

4. Hold off ALL RETINOLS, TOPICAL MEDICATIONS, OR VITAMIN C SERUMS until your skin is fully healed from the peel (usually 3-7 days). Do not pick or peel at your skin. 

5. There may be some redness and peeling which is completely normal.

1. Wash face starting tonight with a gentle cleanser such as LA ROCHE POSAY FOAMING WASH   /    CERAVE FACE WASH

2. Apply a gentle moisturizer such as Cerave lotion and then AQUAPHOR/ VANICREAM MOISTURIZING OINTMENT afterwards. Always keep the skin hydrated with AQUAPHOR/ VANICREAM MOISTURIZING OINTMENT, this may be used several times a day. 

3. Make sure to use a MINERAL based sunscreen (Zinc/Titanium based sunscreens) daily if going outdoors. Reapply every 2 hours if you are outdoors. EMD RESTORE   /   EMD   ELEMENTS

4. For the TCA peel, there will be peeling. Your skin may appear white right after the peel. It will turn to an orange/brownish color around day 2-5. Peeling may begin around day 5 and end around day 10. 

5. For the first two weeks, HOLD OFF ON ANY TOPICAL PRESCRIPTIONS, RETINOLS, ACNE MEDICATIONS, VITAMIN C until your skin has completely healed. 

6. DO NOT PICK or PEEL at your skin. Let the peeling occur naturally and fall off on its own.

1. Do not use any products or wash your face until the next morning. 

2. For the next day morning and night (Day 2), wash your face with a gentle cleanser such as LA ROCHE POSAY FOAMING WASH   /    CERAVE FACE WASH. Rub the towelettes onto your skin after washing your face (towelettes are only for Day 2). 

3. Apply a gentle moisturizer such as Cerave lotion   / LRP lotion or the moisturizer that is included in your Perfect peel box. 

4. Wear sunscreen if going outdoors. Your sunscreen should be mineral based (zinc/titanium dioxide):     EMD RESTORE   /   EMD ELEMENTS

5. For the first two weeks, HOLD OFF ON ANY TOPICAL PRESCRIPTIONS, RETINOLS, ACNE MEDICATIONS, VITAMIN C until your skin has completely healed.

2. After 24 hours, wash your face in the morning and night with a gentle cleanser such as LRP FOAMING WASH  /  CERAVE FACE WASH. You may apply a gentle moisturizer such as CERAVE MOISTURIZING LOTION after washing your face. Please continue this for the next 2 weeks.

3. Make sure to use a MINERAL based sunscreen (Zinc/Titanium based sunscreens) daily if going outdoors. Reapply every 2 hours if you are outdoors. EMD RESTORE   /   EMD   ELEMENTS

4. For the first two weeks, HOLD OFF ON ANY TOPICAL PRESCRIPTIONS, RETINOLS, ACNE MEDICATIONS, VITAMIN C.

4. Apply a new dressing DAILY with gauze and medical tape. 

5. If applicable, take DOXYCYCLINE or oral medications as instructed.
