We have implemented safety measures for patient visits at Clarity Dermatology and Cosmetic Center. We have created these protocols to ensure your safety and well-being:

 

If you have traveled in the past two weeks OR have any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, respiratory symptoms, shortness of breath, body aches, sore throat, loss of taste/smell, nasal congestion/runny nose, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment or request to change it to a virtual appointment.

 

Please come to your appointment alone (unless accompanying a minor or if you have a caretaker). We will ask companions to wait outside in the lobby or in their vehicle.

 

When you book your appointment, you will receive an email to create a patient portal. Please complete your registration through this portal (Sadio) before your appointment. Click here to prepare for your appointment. 

 

A protective mask that covers your nose and mouth is mandatory before entering the building and our office.

 

We will take extensive measures to disinfect every room meticulously after each patient.

 

If someone is standing in the waiting room or at check out, please observe the proper 6-feet social distance.
